Our company collects your data so that we can:
- Process your booking, organize the online lesson, manage your account.
- Email you about lesson scheduling, the status of a booking, changes in the booking, invoice of your booking.

Our website is hosted in a shared server of inmotionhosting.com. All information provided is stored in a database hosted in the server specified. The account is password protected. All network communications are digitally encrypted, using an HTTPS server. Only the staff of Germanlesson.online are allowed to access this data and will only use it to contact customers to organize and manage the online lessons.
How long we retain your data?
The user that books a lesson will receive a login (username and password) to his profile on our website.
A user profile contains the information the user has provided. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
The user profile is stored until the user deletes his account, through the website’s profile management page.
Alternatively, the user can request us to delete his profile and all the information regarding the user, sending an email to giulia@germanlesson.online.
We periodically proceed to remove customers profile that has not been used for more than one year.
